I have tried many shoe pads in my life, and these are by far the best! I picked these up when I saw them for half price at the pharmacy. I highly recommend these pads if you have diabetes or neuropathy or sore feet! I have neuropathy and I have to stand all day at my job. All the gel pads I have tried hurt my feet. These are a dream! They strike the perfect balance between comfort and support, and they are the only pads I have found that will support my high arches and take pressure of my heels and the balls of my feet. The pads are quite big. If you are buying these for anything smaller than tennis shoes then order one size smaller. When I buy a new pair of shoes, the first thing I do is tear out the pad that comes with them and insert a pair of these.

once you break these in there like walking on pillows. the only draw back is you need some what roomy shoes to fit these in. the toe box is very snugg. if you dont have alot of room in your shoes i wouldnt buy these cause your shoes might be too tight. this is a great product after 3 months there still holding up. i have these in New Balance 748 shoes.
