This shoe required no break-in period before my first walk.I chose the black to wear with Business Casual pants and walk during my Lunch time. I would recommend this shoe and the cost was reasonable.

I can't say how happy I am to have found Propet shoes on Amazon - I have a comparably smallish foot at size 8 for men, but sadly my feet are rather wide - so the EE size that seems to be the limit for other manufacturers at size 8 never does the trick. Not so with Propet! They have a generous EEE (and wider) that have my feet humming with pleasure.
An extremely comfortable walking shoe March 7, 2010

I have been an avid walker all my life and this is undoubtedly the most comfortable walking shoe I have ever worn. It is light weight and fits my relatively narrow foot perfectly. It comes with a 1000 mile sole guarantee, but I have put several times that amount on each of the three pairs I have owned. I bought the black shoe because it can be worn with dress clothes as well as casual clothes.
Great for Diabetic Neuropathy March 27, 2010

I have Neuropathy and I found these shoes on Amazon and everything that I read about these shoes is true that they are very comfortable but only when you go to walmart and get some thick 10.00 workboot insoles for them then its True, they are a little taller than most other shoes and the fit is good, I wear a 13 wide but I bought a 14 E because of swelling that I have to suffer with occasionally and when Im swollen they fit great. a little too big any other time but thats expected, for those diabetics that have problems finding insoles that you can auctualy stand on with no pain these shoes dont have them, but the work boot insoles at walamrt that are tan in color work best they are very soft and roomy.
I would recomend these shoes to everyone diabetic or not. CDG
