I purchased 2 pair NewBalance sneakers from Amazon, one white and one black. The black pair are perfect. The white pair squeaked loudly when walking. Amazon graciously took them back but could not replace them as they were out of stock. They referred me to another supplier who did sell them at the same price.Smooth return procedure, very apologetic. I am very pleased with Amazon.

these shoes were necessary for me to buy because I have recently become handicapped. I now use a wheelchair and wear a specially molded brace on my foot and leg called an 'AFO'. These shoes are ideal for use with the AFO because they are easy to take the insole out and easy to fasten around my foot over the brace.
